Dr. Cheng’s innovative methods for nucleic acids analysis, including but not limited to miRNA, siRNA, mRNA, ctDNA, DNA, Gene Expression Profiling, in situ hybridization and Molecules Interaction study are currently Patent Pending in the USA. A key advantage of these innovative methods is the elimination of steps such as washing, qPCR, cDNA generation and the use of antibodies.
